Hello Cranky, (which I never you to be!)

Jerry from Second City writing days checking your fabulously written blog. I see you’re doing well and keeping your public laughing.

I’m still back in Chicago (suburbs actually). The dark part of your life, I know. Cow-town and all that. I get to NYC usually once a year, sometimes more, on business. Kills me when I have meetings in 30 Rock Center and know I should be there for comedy and not working with the accountants of wealthy people.

I’ve been writing stand-up for about 18 months and still write sketches and such. I work my comedy into speeches and get a kick out of making audiences laugh.

Hey, you can click on my name above and see what I try to pass as comedy on my stage name Twitter account.

Keep writing and making me laugh.

    Hi Cranky,

I was inspired by your blog. Of all the blogs I have been checking out by actresses, yours alone made me laugh and smile with the truth and humor of it’s entries.

I started a blog today. Check it out if you wish. I mentioned you.

    Warm Regards,

    The Anonymous Actress

We must have been sisters in another life. You cranky, me tired. Nice to meet you. Also a fellow actor working ‘off the grid’.

Congratulations on your snarky site. It’s an inspiration to all.
